pgschoolboy
Hi Matt. We are starting to plan a Hawaiian cruise. Have you cruised to Hawaii and what ship would be a good choice? Plasticbrain
DoomSlayer
I have always wanted to do Hawaii too. But because Royal Carribean only does re-positioning cruises through Hawaii, timeslots are limited and most start out or end in Canada, which makes for a long trip with a lot of Sea days -- more than I am willing to do because I only have so much vacation time from work. This is definitely on my bucket list, but it will have to wait until a time when I can actually take off for two weeks straight from work. Ryan79
You really aren’t going to have really a choice of ships as the RCL cruises that go there are repositioning cruises that only happen twice per year. It’s either the timing of the repositioning works for you or it doesn’t. Choice of ships is something that is more for Caribbean and Europe sailings. Alaska has 3 ships usually, but that’s about it. Sharla
If you want to cruise in Hawaii, NCL is your only real option there. But if you want Royal Caribbean then what others said- you just have to grab it when it's out.
ChessE4
We booked Hawaii for 2024 only to have Royal cancel it. So that is another issue...
