Pattycruise Posted October 4, 2023 Report Share Posted October 4, 2023 I booked Royals shuttle at that airport in March and it was for a 9:30am shuttle. I arrived early, checked in at the desk and was told there was no longer a 9:30am shuttle, it would be at 11:30. There were a lot of us who now had to wait around, very few seats in the luggage area and no food kiosks. To top it off the shuttle didn’t leave until after 12. Needless to say I did not book with them to take me to my next cruise. I used Galveston Express. Very efficient! my second bad experience was my return to the airport using Royal-on my second trip. They had us on a line in what this fair skinned pasty pale Snow White girl calls “hot sun” at 9am. It was a crap show. About an hour wait to board a bus. need2cruz Posted October 4, 2023 Report Share Posted October 4, 2023 We used uber xl for 5 of us. The price was a lot cheaper than 5 shuttle passes and no wait at all. Depending on how many are traveling with you, you could always cancel your shuttle and book a more efficient and possibly more economical way.
