ScottD
Thinking of cancelling an excursion on our upcoming cruise, BUT I used a credit card months ago that I no longer even have. Would I be able to call to cancel and ask for OBC as my refund instead of them crediting the card? Otherwise I won't cancel because the refund would just sit in limbo for a while until the CC cut me a check, and it's not THAT big of a deal, just figured we'd use it for a nice meal or something extra on the ship instead, but we are also fine with doing the excursion if that's the case. need2cruz
When you cancel an excursion, It automatically refunds the original form of payment. I'm pretty sure you'd be best off just going on the excursion, or wait to cancel when you get onboard and can talk to someone at guest services. Xaa
I think if you did it on board they could give you the OBC. You have to pick your poison from a PITA standpoint. ScottD
ScottD
Thats what I thought, and we don't hate the excursion, it was more of a "just in case" thing. Checking on board is a good idea, until then I'll just hold onto what I got

Traveling Mike
you never know unless you ask. All they can tell you is no. I would call RCL and ask. Then come back here and let us know what you found out. ScottD
