Coco Cay South Beach Area Complimentary Food?

Recommended Posts

Headed to Coco Cay in July 2024 and considering Beach Bed.

Trying to decide between Chill Island area and South Beach Area.

Seems like Chill Island is close to Chill Grill and Skipper's Grill.

Is there a complimentary food option close to South Beach that I am missing?

South Beach seems like it would be more relaxing but if food is too far away...

(Cabana with server and the Beach Club will not be an option for us)

Thanks

Snack Shack is very close to South Beach as is a very nice restroom and small sports area.  I prefer South Beach over the other beach areas on the island.  It’s not too far of a walk to grab the buffet food either…but Snack Shack gets you fries, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, brownies, and funnel cakes.

This sums it up (except you forgot the mozzarella sticks).

As food is important to me (no shame here, lol), I like to visit both one of the grills and a snack shack. I enjoy the taco bar at the grills and my wife's favorite dessert hack... putting soft serve into a plastic cup and breaking up chocolate chip cookies into it.

That said, there's plenty of food at the snack shacks if it's not a priority and the chicken sandwiches and funnel cakes are also some of my favorite items.
