You get the 2nd cruise parking free. This is a serious answer. It's an inadvertent perk of doing a B2B there. Spend the savings on a specialty dinner! That's the best way to get into the garage where you will pay upon entry. If you arrive too late you may end up in overflow and you could end up paying upon exit. There are handicap parking spaces but once those are gone, and they likely will be at some point, I don't think they block the garage off to prioritize it for handicap.
