Vaccine proof required in Cozumel?

I was looking at a Cruise Compass from March 2023 and saw this under the Cozumel day. Is this true that you need to have proof of vaccination still? I thought that was no longer required. It also says you need your SeaPass card AND a Government ID. Just want to make sure I bring everything I actually need.

RC does not always update - I check with the web site of whichever Government Health Department I'm going to (just checked online yesterday I don't need a test any more to enter Canada...) Though you always need your Sea Pass card to enter/exit at port, some ports also do require an ID.  I've never seen them check at Cozumel but I usually have it available anyway. It's a great use for that expired driver's license.

My cruise last month was the first one since the restart where covid was never mentioned in any cruise compass.

Yeah, just checked and Cozumel doesn't have any requirements anymore, so yeah must be a mistake in that compass.

I was there 2 months ago and there was no such requirement.

I was there last week !  No vax or testing required.
