JB17
We got a $50 dining credit when booked Wonder through Costco, and I have some questions about it that I'm hoping there might be someone here who's had experience with this and might be able to answer. It's specifically referred to everywhere in our documents as "dining credit," but doesn't specify any other details so I don't know if it's just regular OBC that they've labeled as dining credit for marketing purposes, or whether it actually is limited specifically to dining. If it really is applicable only to dining, does that mean it can only be used at restaurants, or can it be used to buy specialty drinks at a bar, ice cream at Sugar Beach, etc.? kbuck
I have the same question .. booked thru CostCo. I did see this page, which describes finding a letter in your cabin at 6pm the first day. The letter is "from" Costco, and included coupons for the soda package and spa treatments. This article didn't mention the dining coupons, but I'd imagine it's in coupon form? Hope this helps. https://cruisespotlight.com/how-much-i-saved-booking-a-cruise-through-costco-travel/

Peter D
I've had two recently including one for my Wonder of Seas cruise last month. Costco tells you it will be given onboard, but on both occasions, Costco dining credits were just added as regular onboard credit for use in cruise planner and usable for whatever you want. cdngirl
I also will receive a dining credit from Costco for my May 2024 cruise, but if it is applied as a general credit then what should I do about booking the dining? I would like to reserve a restaurant now for the first night (not sure which restaurant, probably Chops), but the app requires that I pre-pay. Should I just book it and use the credit for something else, or wait to book the restaurant once I'm on board? Thanks.

On the ship, I'd head to the casino and load the credit onto a slot machine and then just cash out.
