Pattycruise Posted February 11, 2023 Report Share Posted February 11, 2023 I'm sailing on Symphony next month. All the people in the facebook group were talking about how they were booking their entertainment, even showing screen shots. Then there was me....unable to book anything in the CP on the website or on the app. 2 days later I was able to book in the app, but there was not a "link" per se, like I saw for the beverage package. I had to click on the Ship, then the entertain masks, Then "shows and Movies", then click on each show to be able to see the day and showtimes offered. Normally I book everything in the cruise planner on the webiste, so this new experience may be the way it is supposed to be. It was a lot of "effort" if you will, I've used the app for many cruises and I really do hate it, this just gave me one more reason to dislike it.
