ScottD Posted October 16, 2022 Report Share Posted October 16, 2022 We paid in full when we booked, but now I'm seeing this when I go into my account... it shows that we had two payments... one for the cruise in full, (1998.70)and one for the drink package. However it does show $0 in the "Pay now" at the bottom. Sounds like a call to Royal is in order. Another example of the Royal database mistakes. They still have not gotten our information correct after 6 years even though we call them constantly and work through our Diamond and Casino contacts each cruise.
