Considering purchasing 3 night dining package for Harmony Is there an additional 18% gratuity on top of dinner - even if I’ve pre paid for my main gratuities? It has nothing to do with the daily gratuity charge which is what I assume you mean by the “main” prepaid gratuities. These servers are working on half full ships, therefore making half the money. Be as generous as you can.
