On Board Credit Refund ???

Under "Account" in the app it should list your OBC. The OBC should be listed as either refundable or non-refundable.

As charges are made the onboard account the non-refundable OBC is applied first. Any remaining refundable OBC can either be cashed out at Guest Services or will applied back to the card on file.

Casino and pulling credit on the slot machine works well also.

I had spoken with the "royal credit card people" as I had an inquiry regarding the cancellation of a cruise-IF that should happen, what happens to my points I used to get my cruise cheaper (applied my points towards a payment). The woman told me I would lose my points, however if I cancelled under CWC they could apply my payment to another cruise.  That's fine by me as I have other cruises booked later in the year.  Based on that conversation I would imagine you would lose your points-I do believe it says somewhere in the fine print you cannot reverse your purchase- So take the advise of others regarding how to get the money out.  The casino host should have a piece of paper that gives instruction on how to set up your casino account, then you can make a transfer from your room credit (OBC) to the machine, click "cash out" and then take that to the casino cashier and get your $$.
