MawrtyrB
When they quarantine someone who is positive, would they allow a non-positive caretaker to enter quarantine with them? I'm traveling with my mother who would need care and supervision?
twangster
Welcome to the message boards. From recent reports of cruisers who did test positive and had to isolate upon testing positive, there are reports that negative family members were given the option to join the positive person in the isolation cabin. However, like with stocks, past performance is not an indication of future performance. I don't know that anyone can safely offer what would happen on the same ship on a different cruise weeks later. We just don't know. Protocols and policy evolve as the pandemic unfolds.
smokeybandit
I don't know how they could prevent someone from joining a positive person in quarantine if they really want to. SpeedNoodles

Agreed. Nor can I see them denying a caretaker to someone who needs extra help. WAAAYTOOO
MawrtyrB
That was my initial thought before the worrying kicked in. Thanks. WAAAYTOOO and SpeedNoodles 1
