Jarvis Posted December 1, 2021 Report Posted December 1, 2021 Me and my wife were on Freedom a couple weeks ago and we had a drink called Curaçao Cosmo that we liked and I’m hoping someone could find the recipe. Thank you for any help you can provide. Quote
SpeedNoodles Posted December 1, 2021 Report Posted December 1, 2021 Welcome to the forums! I'd imagine it's just a Cosmopolitan using Blue Curacao liqueur. https://www.diffordsguide.com/cocktails/recipe/258/blue-cosmo Jarvis, rjac and CruisingOz 3 Quote
Jarvis Posted December 1, 2021 Author Report Posted December 1, 2021 The only ingredients I can remember were Malibu rum and then blue curaçao. Quote

We just got off of the Enchantment yesterday and had this drink for the first time. Love it! It is Malibu coconut rum, Triple Sec and Pineapple juice, but I don't know the amounts. I think the Blue Curacao is Triple Sec. If I'm incorrect, please let me know. Cruiser Quote
AckerleyJ28 Posted May 27, 2022 Report Posted May 27, 2022 The curacao cosmo was my go-to drink at the Champagne Bar before dinner each night on Allure of the Seas in May. Like others, I've been looking for the recipe. I took a picture of the menu while on the cruise. The ingredients are listed as Malibu Coconut rum, blue curacao, and pineapple juice. I have not tried to replicate it at home yet, but I found a recipe with the same ingredients online. The recipe calls for one ounce of coconut rum, one ounce of blue curacao, two ounces of pineapple juice (fresh or bottled), and one cup of crushed ice. Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake. Then pour ice and drink into a glass. On the ship, they strained the drink into a martini glass and garnished with a maraschino cherry. Now that I found the recipe, I look forward to trying it this weekend. Cheers! Jeremy Quote
SGT RWL Posted March 8 Report Posted March 8 1.5 oz Coconut Rum .5 oz Blue curacao (although I thought our bartender used equal amounts of liquor…1.5 oz) 2 oz Pinapple Juice Quote
