I have a cruise booked for January and am traveling with young kids. I'm trying to get a better understanding of the rules for masks in different zones. Can someone please confirm if the below is correct?

Outdoors-

12+ = No Masks

2-11 = No Masks

0-2 = No Masks

Indoors-Vaccinated only areas

12+ = No Masks

2-11 = Can't enter

0-2 = Can't enter??

Indoor- Dining rooms, bars, etc.

12+ = No Masks

2-11 = No Masks

0-2 = No Masks

Indoor- "Everybody" Areas

12+ = Masks??

2-11 = Masks

0-2 = No Masks

Vaccinated only areas are only for vaccinated passengers regardless of age.  Those areas masks can be removed.

Masks do not need to be worn outdoors by anyone as long as it's not a crowded area.

Masks are to be worn indoors by everyone when not eating or drinking except in the vaccinated only areas and in cabins.

Under the age of 2 are not expected to wear masks, but they aren't vaccinated so can't go in those areas.

Who has to wear masks:

Venues limited due to vaccination status:

And while children less than 2 years of age do not have to wear masks, they are unvaccinated, and not allowed in vaccinated venues. Most of those, if not all, are adult venues.

there was something I noticed about the mask requirements

Your mask should be at least two layers of tight weave fabric with loops that fit over your ears in accordance with health guidelines.

It makes me wonder if the N95's I have will not be acceptable because they do not use the ear loop.

They aren't going to have a problem with that (although I'd imagine it's going to be a pain constantly taking that kind off and on).  They are more concerned with "masks not masks" like gaiters. It has to actually BE a mask, which an N95 is.
