ericreev
This morning RC had Cuba listed as a searchable destination for 5 or so hours. Only one cruise was listed Nov 11th 6 nights. None of the ports were actually in Cuba however. They have since removed it and Cuba as a destination. My guess is they getting everything ready for anticipated approval by the Castro government. If I had to wager, it would be that availability will be very soon. We shall see. Eric

coneyraven
Especially since Empress sailings are now available through the end of the year ..... I guess that means 2017 at the earliest
fonemanbob
Ahhhhhhhhh The thought of Cuban cigars. I am not a smoker at hand. I know that is an oxymoron On some very special occasions over my lifetime I have had some incredible cigars. So I look forward to going there for the cigars as well as for the cuisine and the automobiles. Having one time lived in Orlando for 10 years I was able to enjoy some fabulous Cuban cuisine. It is quite a culture.

You can bring the Cuban cigars back on board to smoke before you get back to the US. I myself wouldnt try to get them back in through customs. tonyfsu21
^^ most of the "Cuban cigars" you will find in the ports are about as Cuban as the late Sadaam Hussien. It's mostly a tourist trap where they put bogus labels on crappy cigars. Never buy a "Cuban" cigar (or a box even worse) off a street peddler under a makeshift tent in Ocho Rios
