Cruisingmia912
Hello we are going to St.Maarten and St. Thomas. what did you book as an excursion for the 2 ports? Any recommendations? I was thinking St.John on our own sound good. I need something in St. Maarten
JLMoran
If your port time in St. Maarten is 8 to 5 or thereabouts, check out Soualiga Destinations and their all-day tour for cruise ship visitors. Fantastic trip, went with them in 2018 and it was the best excursion of our four port days.

Firefly
In St. Maarten, we’ve been out with these guys twice and had a great time. Small group on the boat so no crowds. Short walk to their boat from the cruise pier and they are make sure you are back to your ship before on board time . https://coconut-reef.com In St. Thomas, we’ve been out with https://www.stthomasadventures.com . Absolutely amazing snorkeling with turtles and a reef that we were the only people snorkeling at...and there were 4 ships in port that day. Best excursion we’ve ever taken and worth every dollar. We are booked with them again for our visit in April. Can’t recommend them highly enough. SpeedNoodles

I need something in St. Maarten If you like culinary excursions, St. Maarten has something like A Taste of St Maarten which takes you to three locations will also driving around the island. You'll make pasta and have wine/juice at a cheese and wine store near the port; then you'll have a grilled lunch in St. Martin, followed by gelato in St. Maarten. You can be dropped off near the town shopping or return directly to the port for shopping by the ship.

KathyC
In St. Martin, we either do Pinel Island, Mullet Bay, or water taxi to Phillipsburg. In St. Thomas, we take the water taxi to Water Island and go to Honeymoon Beach.
