Club Royale Monthly offers

Has anyone been having problems receiving monthly offers from Club Royale?  I was consistently receiving them and they just stopped.  When I called they said there was a glitch in their system and they updated my info and said they would start coming again in November.  Well, it didn't come in November and when I called they said they have to investigate it further.  We usually book cruises through-out the winter/early spring and this is causing a problem trying to schedule.  We were trying to stay with Royal but have offers from others we may have to take instead.  

Now, if I didn't qualify for them that is fine but the 2 people I spoke to at Club Royale in October said I did qualify and should be receiving them.

@dodgestang thanks for posting the link!  I see an offer when I enter my info, do you  know what happens when I redeem?  I have a cruise booked in January (43 days away) that I booked less than 30 days ago. My TA can't apply it to my booking (for whatever reason, I think maybe since it's past final payment date? Really not sure), do you happen to know if I can take advantage of this offer in any other way aside from booking another cruise to apply it to?

I check the website all the time.  Every time I call they say I should be getting the offers but can't figure out why I am not.  Recently they found my information tied to another C&A number from someone else on a ship in 2017 that I was never on.  My home address, birth date, etc.   They can't tell me how that happened either.

We are currently booked for the annual prime cruise benefit and a cruise certificate earned while on the Oasis last December.  We are not going in the casino at all on either of these cruises.  Maybe they will fix the problem then.  

At this point we will most likely take the trips we have currently booked and start cruising with another cruise line.  I don't want to sound like I feel  I am entitled to offers, but they tell me I am but can't figure it out.

At some point last year there was an IT glitch (I know, shocking ?) . I logged in to discover that they now believed us to be D+. My info was correct, but I suddenly had an impressive previous cruise list that went on for decades.  I called, but they could not resolve it, and issued a new C&A #.  Some time later, that number became invalid and my old one was correct again. They explained it was a database merge/restore issue. Perhaps it was not completely resolved.
