  1. We have been prime for years and have yet to see a Jr. Suite offer.
  2. They did update ours at the end of the cruise which voided the first. The host stated the certificate at the beginning of the cruise was based on our play from the previous sailing. Wonder what happens if you earned and already used one from the previous sailing. Would you get another certificate on the next sailing based on play from the previous sailing even though you used one from that sailing. Makes my head hurt.
  3. Same thing happened to us on the Enchantment in March. Certificates in our room on first day that were based on our play from previous sailing. At the end of the cruise the host said he could issue a new certificate if our current play moved us up to a better offer but it would replace the initial certificate because somewhere in the "small print" it states that only one certificate can be earned per sailing. I wasn't happy. So, we sail again April 15th on Adventure. I think if we book our certificates from March prior to our April cruise maybe we won't get one at the beginning of our cruise. We will see. Overall we don't have a lot of love for club royale. Seems to be a constant battle with them since we started with RCL. One sailing I stayed out of the casino to make a stand that my account needed to be straightened out ( long story) because I was tired of spending hours each month on the phone with them. Joke was on me because not gambling on that cruise screwed up my average gaming which worsened my offers from the casino. But, I guess, they mail out offers pretty often based on play so do the certificates earned on the ship even matter????
  4. I check the website all the time. Every time I call they say I should be getting the offers but can't figure out why I am not. Recently they found my information tied to another C&A number from someone else on a ship in 2017 that I was never on. My home address, birth date, etc. They can't tell me how that happened either. We are currently booked for the annual prime cruise benefit and a cruise certificate earned while on the Oasis last December. We are not going in the casino at all on either of these cruises. Maybe they will fix the problem then. At this point we will most likely take the trips we have currently booked and start cruising with another cruise line. I don't want to sound like I feel I am entitled to offers, but they tell me I am but can't figure it out.

  6. Has anyone been having problems receiving monthly offers from Club Royale? I was consistently receiving them and they just stopped. When I called they said there was a glitch in their system and they updated my info and said they would start coming again in November. Well, it didn't come in November and when I called they said they have to investigate it further. We usually book cruises through-out the winter/early spring and this is causing a problem trying to schedule. We were trying to stay with Royal but have offers from others we may have to take instead. Now, if I didn't qualify for them that is fine but the 2 people I spoke to at Club Royale in October said I did qualify and should be receiving them.
