Lemonade or other juice of the day is typically in the Windjammer or depending on ship in other places but not always on the pool deck (depending on ship). Specifically the pool deck? I've found the answer to be yes. Any bar will be happy to offer a glass of water. Moreover, the Windjammer is nearby and offers a variety of complimentary beverages.
