  1. I used Skyscanner as well, but I found a cheaper deal on my own, before it was posted at Skyscanner. For our original cruise 10/3/20, I started watching prices around 11/2019, right after they were posted. I was pretty religious about it, just watching the trends. I finally jumped on a "deal" around the second week in Feb this year, which would have been about 7 1/2 months before the cruise. But the was BC. Before Covid, so it's anybody's guess at this point.
  2. After inquiring about the shuttle service, I did get confirmation today from RC that it is in fact happening pre and post cruise, but too early for any other information at this time.
  3. Black Friday sales have been good in the past to get great deals on Cruise Planner items, but who knows what this year will bring.
  4. If the fish isn't cooked to order, you're going to run into that.
  5. Although there are a lot of things on the MDR menu I enjoy, one of the things I like most about it is the chance to try something I don't eat at home. I always try something I haven't or wouldn't normally eat at home. Whether it is an appetizer, salad or entrée. Being that the food is already paid for, I don't feel like it's a waste of money to try something I might not like.
  6. That's a great price unless of course they bring back that intern! ?
  7. I can't believe @crisgold52has such little faith in our Supreme Leader! All Hail @Matt! ?
  8. I know that they only have Chops, but I'm going to virtually add other restaurants!
  9. If that's the case, I'd like to book the virtual UDP, please!
  10. With the state of affairs lately, who knows? Income is income! ? As can de attested here, there are some pretty desperate cruisers!
  11. What is that supposed to mean? How can you sell a virtual cruise?
  12. If this is true, it will be interesting to see when she leaves the fleet, since you can still book a cruise on her through Dec 2021.
  13. I'd have to say my favorite is at Moonlite BBQ in Owensboro, KY.
  14. Maybe that one was a mutton shank. ? Mutton is delicious when in BBQ form. Ask anyone from certain parts of KY.
  15. This is going to be with all contact surfaces on board. Slot machines, elevator buttons, bathroom door handles, pool deck chairs. The list goes on and on.
  16. I think the greater concern would be that the cup that might have come into contact with someone's mouth comes into contact with the dispensing nozzle. I'll admit, looking at the Freestyle system this is less likely than a traditional lever type soda fountain, but not out of the realm of possibility.
  17. I know the number varies by ship, but do these numbers have any correlation with the number of suites and balcony rooms? That seems to be the current logic for various reasons that they will restrict inside cabins.
  18. I'm sorry if this was addressed in previous posts. What will happen to the refillable cups given with the beverage packages? I can't see people using the cups over and over at the freestyle machines or having them filled at bars as they have discouraged people from using their own mugs and water bottles in the past.
  19. I see people are concerned about thick cuts of cheese and copious amounts of butter, but nobody is talking about all the calories consumed from the deluxe beverage package. HMM? ?
  20. It might really be dependent of the ship. I looked at our Greek Isle cruise for next Oct and there are a ton of rooms available at each category. ?
