We sailed on Wonder last week and the internet was pretty decent, had a few moments where some web sites would take a little bit to load but for the most part it didn't make me want to pull my hair out . I was even able to stream game 6 of the Panther vs Bruins game on my phone with no issues 😃

So after some self deliberation on whether or not I wanted to do a live blog for our sailing, well here we are 😆
Has been a long road since our last sailing on Harmony back in 2018, and what initially started out as a 2020 sailing on Symphony that we postponed due to covid, then rebooked for a Harmony sailing for 2022 and then moved to a Harmony sailing for 2023 which then got repositioned and turned into this Wonder sailing, which in the end works out perfect since we get to cruise with another group of friends in 2023 that wouldn't have with our 2022 sailing and on the newest ship, win win! 11 of us total in our group with 3 first time cruisers 
Booked a boardwalk balcony room for my wife and i and our kids, deck 10 and last room so we'll have a pretty sweet view of aqua theatre 
 
Stops and the excursions we have booked
St Maarten - booked a snorkel tour with Captain Alan's boat charters
St Thomas - booked shop, see and splash tour with Godfrey tours
Cococay -  have an over water cabana booked and super excited for this one

I'm at least going in with the expectations of knowing that its going to me more of an experience than anything else. Honestly im more looking forward to the dessert there than anything else 😃

Ill have a Giovani's pizza and Playmakers wings for you on standby 😆

Let us know what you think of Wonderland.  Judging from your self-described "picky eater" my guess is it will be....odd.

I'm also going to Wonderland more for the experience as I'm sure 90% of the food I'm not going to be a big fan of. Have room service penciled in for after the meal.

16 days and 22 minutes until our arrival window but who's counting 😆
 
So what does everyone have booked for excursions for our sailing?

First time with RCCL...Booked late but excited to enjoy the Wonder of the Seas!

I just got off Wonder and was shocked at how fast the Internet was. 
Perhaps it was because I was used to what it was always like in the past (where, really, it barely worked.) This time around, the speed and consistency were in line with what I would consider typical wifi access. For example, on the old wifi you could send texts and maybe an email, but websites were slow and there was no chance at video. This time I could watch videos on social media, pull up websites, and use the Internet in other ways we'd consider typical.
No one else seems to be reporting this experience, but it was mine for the entire week on the ship. 

We started throwing things we have ordered for the trip in a suitcase a about a month ago, so technically started packing a long time ago 😆

We got our tags too. Stuff is staged but not packed yet. 27 days and counting!
 

less than 4 weeks!! We just printed our luggage tags. How soon is too soon to start packing? 😅

Hi friends! We just booked our cruise last week to celebrate our 37 Anniversary! I am so excited. Although I have been on other cruises, this newer ship seems fantastic!

Sun Bum only removes oxybenzone and octinoxate, so acceptable in some places and not others. If you look for specifically Mineral sunscreen, you have a better chance at finding things that are all good.

Hawai'i has some of the strictest sunscreen laws on the planet from what I can find, so I've been using their guides while searching.

Us too. We're ready to go and counting down the days. It's so close now. 

We got 11:30, which is perfect for us. The hotel is right there at Coco Beach. We can get a decent breakfast and go. Very excited! 

Check in is open, just got 10:30am for our arrival window for my group 😃
