Let us know what you think of Wonderland.  Judging from your self-described "picky eater" my guess is it will be....odd.

I'm at least going in with the expectations of knowing that its going to me more of an experience than anything else. Honestly im more looking forward to the dessert there than anything else 😃

  2. 3 day, 2hours, 53 minutes until our boarding time 😃

Food I'm looking forward to 🤤

    Mason Jar brunch

Wonderland - experience of it more so than the food since im a notoriously picky eater who doesn't like to experiment at all

    Giovanni's pizza

Playmakers burgers and wings and dessert and well everything

Perfect Day over water cabana filet mignon

Perfect Day chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks

    Park Cafe roast beef sandwich

  3. The way I read this is that there are no actual photos of the ports themselves included in the package. I'm assuming that photos taken at the port by official Royal Caribbean photographers should be included.

    • The following are not included in photo packages: Photos of others in your party not traveling in your stateroom; Group, Wedding, Quinces, Private Studio photography and other special occasion photography; Specialty Dining photography; generic photos of the ship, characters, ports of call, etc.; any special printing or retouching requests.
  4. So after some self deliberation on whether or not I wanted to do a live blog for our sailing, well here we are 😆

Has been a long road since our last sailing on Harmony back in 2018, and what initially started out as a 2020 sailing on Symphony that we postponed due to covid, then rebooked for a Harmony sailing for 2022 and then moved to a Harmony sailing for 2023 which then got repositioned and turned into this Wonder sailing, which in the end works out perfect since we get to cruise with another group of friends in 2023 that wouldn't have with our 2022 sailing and on the newest ship, win win! Link below to that live blog if anyone is interested

A couple tidbits for our sailing

11 of us total in our group with 3 first time cruisers

Booked a boardwalk balcony room for my wife and i and our kids, deck 10 and last room so we'll have a pretty sweet view of aqua theatre

Stops and the excursions we have booked

St Maarten - booked a snorkel tour with Captain Alan's boat charters

St Thomas - booked shop, see and splash tour with Godfrey tours

Cococay -  have an over water cabana booked and super excited for this one

Ready to get the show on the road and will post as much as time and the internet speeds will allow 🙃

  5. I think with Cococay, it doesn't help that Liberty will be there the same day that we are so that is probably why most of that is booked up (and they get a 3 hour head start on us getting there  . . . .booo 😆). I see some availability of rooms on our sailing so hard to say how full the boat will be. Comedy show im not shocked it sold out pretty quick with the small size of the venue it is in.

Just 7 more days until online check-in! Hotel - check. Final payment paid - check. Deluxe Beverage Package - check. Voom/Starlink internet+stream - check. Cabana at Cococay - check. Watching all of Matt's videos (some a few times) and live streams - check. Checking out past cruise compass and reading royalcaribbeanblog.com - check.

Our first cruise with 3 other couples (our band) and we're all so excited. But who's counting? 😄

Woohoo . .Cococay Cabana buddies 😃

Sounds like a very similar scenario that we have with @derek burgan  with 11 of us total in the group and with 3 first time cruisers. Been scouring the internet reading reviews, cruise compasses and watching every video we can find.

Looking forward to the next milestone of online check in.

  7. We stayed on deck 10 in the second to last room on Harmony back in 2018 and had a really great views, room 10327, had minor slide blocking a tiny portion but was able to see the show without any issue. Elevator walk isn't ideal but have had much worse as some hotels, besides, we enjoy being able to watch the show and have a back side water view so the elevator location isn't a deal breaker for us. Last photo has a good view if you are close to the center of the balcony but if I moved all the way over it was even better.

We sail on the Wonder in late April and was able to snag the last room on the opposite side this time so we are excited about that. Room 10729

  8. I used a GoPro when we visited back in 2018, I used a head mount so I was able to move my head and look around if needed. With the wrist or the chest mount you are limited to where the camera is pointed

Is there an option to rent a go pro camera for video? I watched a youtube video and did not see any mounting on the helmets but am looking for some option to video the experience.

  9. We are sailing on Wonder in April and here was our plan for those two islands

St Marteen my wife and kids wanted to snorkel with sea turtle so we booked a 4 hour snorkeling tour with this company https://www.captainalan.com/challenge/index.htm  $80 plus $12 for transportation we thought was reasonable. Plus it gives us some time to explore and shop before all aboard.

St Thomas we booked the 6 hour tour https://www.godfreytours.com/ $40 was more than reasonable, gives us shopping time, sightseeing tour and a stop at the beach so a little bit of everything all in one
