Benefits of hiring Travel Agents? My experience below
Carlos A. replied to Nismail's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
I would think that an TA like Harr Travel that specializes in cruises, and particularly Royal Caribbean, would have that information at hand... -
Weird... Quantum of the Seas should get the amplification before Ovation.

They only have the small pack and play with the thin "mattress" that comes with them. They say they are not allowed to put anything else for safety reasons so If you want to bring another mattress for the crib you should do it.

Richard Fain stepping down
Carlos A. replied to ultimate_ed's topic in Royal Caribbean News and Rumors
For cruisers, NOT shareholders, Jason Liberty is the worst thing that has ever happened to Royal Caribbean. I don't get how stock value translates to good customer experience. -

So that would be about $500,000 played. Right?

Ohhh Ok, You can buy 3 tablets of 500 mg for $8 dollars. But it also should require a prescription from a doctor.

Here in México is illegal to sell oxycodone without a prescription, if they sell you something that says it has oxycodone OTC it's fake. You probably got Tramadol which is also an opioid but a "weak" one, and sometimes you can get it without a prescription. What's a Z pack?

The huge sombreros are a bit tacky

Join me on the newly-amped Allure of the Seas, 11-15 April 2025!

I know, and it's a shame. Even NCL updates regularly their cabins. -

I know, advertising a Ship as "renewed" or "amped" with this kind of furniture and carpets in the cabins is not right. It's a shame, that's the only reason I don't like sailing in Oasis or Allure, their cabins look so dated. -
Harmony doesn't have Playmakers, El Loco Fresh, Laser Tag, the redesigned resort-style pool deck, The Lime & Coconut bar, or other amenities. And it's in desperate need of maintenance in several areas, including the hot tubs, room furnishings (such as TVs), and other areas. Let's see what comes out of this dry dock.

This! Also I can't stand the clickbait of some "vloggers". Tony of "La Lido Loca" is notorious for doing this. And he has very few comprehensive ship reviews to be a Cruise Vlogger, almost all of his content is news and clickbait. I unfollowed him because of this.

What a weird way to kill your own product.

All Roatan Sloth & Monkey Encounters Halted

This, they are there to be seen, not to play with them like they were objects. -
The WOW bands are archaic technology compared to Medallion. I wish Royal implemented something like that instead of this old passive RFID bands.

Perfect Day Mexico opening in 2027
Carlos A. replied to Matt's topic in Royal Caribbean News and Rumors
Of course, I meant that the area where they are going to build is not the current port. -

Carlos A. replied to Matt's topic in Royal Caribbean News and Rumors
They are not going to bulldoze the port. It is going to stay as it is. The construction will be next to it. The red arrow marks the land they will develop. -

Allure never had Bionic Bar.

I thought they would add those on the recent drydock. Too bad.

Documentation needed to travel to Canada
Carlos A. replied to Jamie Hagerich's topic in Other travel
https://ircc.canada.ca/english/visit/visas.asp It depends of your citizenship. If you are not an US citizen you probably need more than the Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA), because you'll be entering canada by boat and the eTA is only for flights. So you may need a visa. -
Royal Caribbean background check
Carlos A. replied to none20244's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Why? Since what happened on Symphony I think this is a genuine concern.
