We are down to 89 days before my family and I head to mostly everyone's first cruise.  We booked ours July 2, 2015.  I have been counting down the days.  Now that we are at 89 I have booked shows and  see I can start the online check in.   Once all that is done I don't know what I will do with my time.  LOL 
June 2017 will be here before you know it!  We are also going on the Oasis.

I'm taking my wife, oldest daughter and her friend on a 7 night Western Caribbean Cruise that leaves June 2017! This is to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation! We had normally taken 10-12 day trips yearly to Walt Disney World but after the constant price increases and the desire to do something new for our daughter's trip, we went cruise shopping. I'd always heard RC was about equal to the Disney Cruise Lines except where it mattered: price! haha I just couldn't get myself to pay DCL prices!
 
Now to somehow get these 415 days to pass quickly. haha

but I am a do-it-yourself kind of gal.
I have Sent Port Everglades Wave Hi Cam, a messege, to when, and where, I will be located, when Allure pulls out, so they can Zoom In. (10th Deck Balcony Cabin, Port Side)

Thank you for this information.  Glad someone asked because I had not idea I was going to have to need/want something for the luggage tags.  I ordered them yesterday.     I love this forum, so helpful!

Not at a standalone Starbucks like those on the Oasis class ships. However, it would include Starbucks beverages at Cafe Latitudes.

The only exception would be room service or the minbar in the cabin.

It will get him drinks (Soda Pop) anywhere on the ship and also the souvenir cup, which he can use or not use.  I have had these soda packages on my cruises and they have worked out great. The cup is good because it has a lid and keeps soda cold for a good amount of time. The other advantage to the supplied cup is it is large and holds a good amount.

It is live streaming video. In essence you can watch someone Periscoping from whatever adventure/situation that they are showing you, such as someone being on a cruise ship. You can hear, and see, in live time from the periscope. When you follow someone, it gives you notifications, when they come on to air a periscope. If you happen to miss it, does stay up for 24 hours, to playback and view.

Hi I am new to the website and cruising.  My husband, sons and I went on a cruise about 10 years ago but that was through Make a Wish so everything was figured out for us.  So this is my first time trying to figure this all out.  My Husband, parents, and sister and her family are all going on the Oasis of the Seas in July.
 
Drink packages seem to be our biggest conversations.  My question is this,  If I get any kind of drink package does my husband also have to get one? Or vice versa?
 
I am really loving this site, I think I may be addicted  LOL

Good to know! I love having all the information to read, especially when you're looking forward to the cruise and reading about everything! It helps me cope with the excitement. Forgive me for not trusting the system. I'm going to be a first time cruiser and am a bit nervous about racking up a bill I thought I had covered with the drink packages we bought. Please forgive me if I offended you. Just my fear of the big RC billing system rolling over me. With that said, I'm still over the top excited about the experience an so much looking forward to it. Thanks for your help! I truly do appreciate it and didn't realize how much research is required before you should ask a question.

You will find a pretty good selection of domestic and international beer.  There certainly is plenty of American beer (Bud, Miller, etc)
