Hi good morning wanted to know how many people enjoyed the key and if it was worth the money
thanks
andrew
we are sailing on symphony of the seas may 21
We had the key last Sep (paid a little more than wifi which is included with the key) on Harmony last year.
For the cost difference we thought it was well worth it. So much so we have the key for Symphony on 7th May and again for Explorer 8th Sep. On both occasions we purchased it in a sale for a couple of pounds more than the WiFi package. Not sure I’d pay full price for it though.

I received the same email message for my 7th May Symphony cruise and had the same result when trying to book through the App. I was expecting to be booking shows etc once on board which is what we did on last years cruises so no loss.
In saying that I will keep checking every couple of days just in case…..

It depends on what you want from your cruise both ship and ports. Are you planning on a stay before or after your cruise?
Symphony with its itinerary could be a “bustling” trip if you wanted it to be. All great ports of call with lots to see and do. We are doing this cruise in May from Barcelona. It’s a lot easier to get to the Port from the airport than Rome. Having been to both cities on a number of occasions we won’t be doing a before or after stay. We’re only a 3 hour flight away which helps.
Explorer which we are doing in Sept. We expect that to be a lot more laid back. Greece and Croatia are lovely places with a more relaxed vibe than the Western European tourist ports. Ravenna Port is quite a ways (a couple of hours at best) away from Venice. We will therefore stay at Venice beforehand (never been there before).
Hopefully these factors will aid in your decision.

Happy Anniversary cruisinJerseygirl. We too are going on this cruise and also our 3rd time on an Oasis class ship after Allure (May) and Harmony (Sep) last year in the Caribbean. I hope you both enjoy Europe. Lots to see and do

I’ve used blue light discount a couple of times recently for 2023 cruises. I called both times as it advises. Really easy. Call at 8am ish and you get straight through . Never booked online and then tried to get it applied retrospectively. May have to cancel and rebook. I’m sure they’ll tell you on the call.

For the Mullet road office I mentioned earlier I literally dropped the car back, walked through a couple of sets of doors and was on the shuttle. Waited 5 mins there and it was off to the ship.
Waited about 10 mins at the terminal for the shuttle on the return journey. All in all a real stress free experience.

Yes the shuttle runs from the Enterprise/National/Alamo (I think they were) facility on Mullet Road to RC terminal 1. I used it a couple of weeks ago for our Harmony Cruise. Really easy.

Great post and pics are amazing. We are on the same itinerary starting this Sunday and after reading a lot of comments about poor food in MDR it was good to hear some positive comments.
This will be our 5th cruise with RC and our first in a Grand Suite (via Royal Up). Seriously got us in the mood after reading this post.
