  1. I see activities for our cruise in a couple of weeks as well. I believe they have been visible for two weeks now.
  2. I wouldn't take the train/underground route if you need to fly out at 12:45p. That takes you way out of your way- the Blackberry car option is best, IMO. Security at Heathrow takes forever, in my experience. They will have the new scanners up and running this summer- hoping that will speed things up.
  3. Are you located in the US? I have a booking through Club Royale that I have repriced several times. Perhaps call again and try with another agent.
  4. I would suggest you call the toll free number, give them your confirmation number, and ask them to send an invoice. Don't explain any of this. I have had crazy casino codes appear out of nowhere- they do change for apparently no reason. Side note- I am sailing to Norway on Anthem this summer with my two youngest children and have repriced several times. Just a week or so ago I saved several hundred dollars by making a 10 minute call. On my sailing I did notice inside cabins are 'sold out' with inventory remaining in other categories.
  5. Dealing with a similar issue that all stems from black friday purchases when I canceled some add ons and repurchased. Not sure how in the world this happened, but they crossed their wires with the booking and the add ons and my refunds got all turned around. I am working with the resolutions department- ask to be connected with that team as soon as you get a cs rep on the line. Based on my experience, you may want to check all credit cards you have ever had on file with RCI and make sure they are not "refunding" money that was never spent or that you have any mystery charges. I would suggest having your original booking confirmation email with the PDF attachment in front of you so you can go through it line by line with the rep. If you repriced at all, have those emails handy as well. Good luck!

  7. Many people share that they make a ghost booking, knowing the 2nd guest is a no show. They lose the double points but save on the single supplement.
  8. We never travel without them. Perfect if you stay in a hotel the night before embarkation. You just pack one with the clothes you know you need the next day so there is no need to disturb your fully packed suitcase. We have one suitcase w next day cubes, then our other suitcases use cubes in the same way shared by others in this thread. I prefer the mesh ones and each family member has their own unique color.

  10. I paid $300 more than I owe just to avoid having a cruise canceled. Something is very much messed up with their billing system right now.
  11. I've had issues for weeks with both of our future cruises. They somehow crossed their wires with cruise fare and excursions/add-on billing. Hot mess that has cost me a lot of time speaking with agents/resolution (3+ hours if I had to guesstamate).
  12. We did a small group tour booked through Viator and it was great. Very small group and we avoided the crowds. We did have a sunset cruise through Get Your Guide, but I ended up canceling so we could enjoy a nice dinner. Enjoy yoir cruise!
  13. My refunds are messed up too. I created a spreadsheet with order numbers and the amount due, carefully compared to my card statement, and am dealing with resolutions.
  14. Ovation was perfect for us. My kids were a little older than yours, but really enjoyed the indoor pool and seaplex. Whitepass in Skagway was fantastic. We got off about half way up at Laughton and hiked for a bit then caught the train back down. I booked direct and saved quite a bit.   15. I owe just shy of $50 for an upcoming cruise in March. The CP says I owe nothing, the app it says I owe $303. I have been working with someone in resolutions to get to the bottom of it- they have no idea where the additional $260 charge came from. Your agent may be shady or you may be in a similar situation that I am in right now with some kind of system error.

  17. I am owed over $500 back to my Amex for purchases I repriced weeks ago when the Black Friday sale went live. The items I had charged to my Chase Visa that I canceled and rebooked were all credited back within days. On top of that, I have a mystery $300 added on to a cruise fare in March which should be paid in full. The agent I spoke with was unfortunately no help, I am expecting a call back from resolutions Monday

  20. First time in a ships casino after playing maybe $50 - Odyssey Greek Island cruise. This paid for all tips and onboard spending for the week!
  21. We did it- that was the crazy part we had 3-4 hour layovers.
