  1. I have an open offer to RC for me to help them fix their software bugs in exchange for cruise credit.
  2. I've had it be 3 hours for one cruise and two weeks for 2 other cruises. I wouldn't stress over it
  3. Ah, that makes more sense. Think of the concierge pre-cruise as a guest services type of person. I can't really think of anything I've ever requested via email other than what you mention, dining and cabana type requests.
  4. Well you have the email, so you can reply and ask if there's anything they need or want.
  5. Coq Au Vin is good, but despite the fancy name, is a pretty basic dish.
  6. I'm not sure I have a favorite ship but we prefer Freedom/Voyager class ships
  7. Or if nothing else, that one voucher is getting you a double or triple pour each time.
  8. One of the most little known public areas of a ship
  9. This was in a suite. I actually remembered to bring an adapter and I'm glad I did
  10. Liberty had a euro style outlet on one night stand.
  11. That's the general theme of the arcades post covid in my experience. If a given machine is even turned on, it's 50/50 that it's broken
  12. I'm also near Denver. Heat you're used to. Yes it'll be humid, but you'll always have a breeze so it's not so bad. I would not let that be of much concern. Just pack yourself a small bottle of laundry detergent if you out-sweat your shirts and you can do a little laundry in the cabin bathroom.
  13. Our next cruise we of course printed the luggage tags on T-minus 30. A couple going with us who are not avid cruisers just didn't seem to understand the adrenaline rush that day 30 milestone brings to regular cruisers.
  14. We had that on our way to Vancouver through LAX. The LAX flight was oversold, and they asked for volunteers. We asked if they could move us to the direct flight to Vancouver and they did that. Saved us 3 hours in travel time. No money offered, but seeing as the direct flight was originally 2x the price as the one we booked, I call that a win.
  15. Commercial aviation is tough in that while traffic (at least domestic) has nearly rebounded, it's doing so with less flights. Domestic flights averaged about 700k per month prior to covid, and even now just getting back to 600k. Then look at international which is even further behind.
  16. The seats do tend to allow an individual to utilize the entire seat without issue.
  17. For all the goofy stuff they confiscate, I'm impressed that those go through.
  18. if you filled it out the first time you can ignore the rest. With the vax percentage down to 90% now, I'm surprised they even still send those. You'll eventually get another email about scheduling a test at the pier for any unvaccinated kids. That too goes to every reservation with a child under 12.
  19. I wonder if RC will ever release how much money they've spent on reimbursements for positive tests pre-cruise (refunds) and mid-cruise (pro-rated refunds and quarantine-related costs and reimbursements).
  20. Make sure you take a tour of the arcade before buying credits. They haven't been the same since covid.
  21. The NAAT test offered at the popular pharmacies takes an hour to run. A traditional PCR test takes 6 hours, though you're at the mercy of the lab machines to see how long it takes to get your sample into the machine. Might take 18 hours for your spot in the rotation, then 6 hours to run the test.
  22. Ignore boosters. It's the date you completed your initial series
