  1. The problem with "up to date" is that it means different things for different people based on age. That's a huge burden to put on the check-in staff.
  2. You can find the base wine list under the MDR menus in the app.
  3. I would see if you could shift your jury duty to clear up those two weeks.
  4. 10% unvax was already part of the CDC framework though.
  5. Anecdotally I think most people who get covid on a cruise got it on land during the cruise.
  6. Doubles were poured last week. And you're allowed to ask for no or less ice.
  7. Fauci's retirement isn't until the end of Biden's term.
  8. Shots yes. But negative tests for the vaccinated are disappearing.
  9. Wow. That was unexpected. If I'm king of the cruise world I would immediately: 1) eliminate pre-cruise testing. But give some perks or enticements to those who show up with a negative test in hand. 2) eliminate special quarantine cabins. No reason for them, even if you still want people to quarantine in their booked cabin if they test positive on board. Those things need to be sold, not set aside just in case. 3) taper down to a date where you get rid of the need to quarantine at all. I'm not sure you could do that immediately 4) scrap the 90% rule. Again like #1, give enticement and perks to those who are vaccinated, but let the unvaccinated back on board.
  10. I assume they're checking that name and DOB matches the reservation and the card has the dose date, manufacturer and lot number for each shot.
  11. The upcoming world cruise but a way to skip the extensive sea days and go right to the next set of ports.
  12. Absolutely. They're going to check your card at the port anyway. It might just take an extra minute or so for them to make sure the card has all the relevant info.
  13. The damage wasn't as much the issue a them needing to put up protection to mitigate any further slides.
  14. That brochure doesn't appear to be correct. THe graphic says out of Miami, but the dates at the bottom show out of Port Canaveral but if you look at those dates on the website, it is indeed out of Miami but not with 2 days at Coco Cay
  15. Allure's double capacity is 5500 with a max of 6800. But yes, ships are running as full as they can right now. Imagine what it'll be like once the quarantine cabins are freed up
  16. Many websites automatically scale to the device, whether a cell phone or big fat monitor. Desktop mode says "I don't care if I'm on a tiny screen, just show me what I'd see on a normal screen"
  17. I honestly haven't seen any benefit to the hard shell ones. Just seems like a different style.
  18. My 7 night cruises have had the TT event, but last week on a 4-night Navigator they didn't have it.
  19. Go to desktop mode in your phone's browser. There you'll see the logout option.
  20. But you'd regain that by not having to print cards every cruise (and for as crappy as the new cards are, sometimes multiple card per trip). I couldn't see them adding any digital room controls though, just door locks.
  21. I wonder if they ever expand the digital key concept to older ships once they get back into drydock again
