  1. Let me know how you make out! Our sushi class was also discounted so would be interested to know if they will honor the price! Good luck!
  2. Typically if there is 3 people for a room you are searching and there are no 3 person rooms (which are far and few anyway) the system will show you rooms for 4 as your choice.
  3. So I’m just wondering what it is you are expecting to get for your discomfort? I mean, I feel badly about your experience but as @wordell1 noted…mattress comfort is subjective. Royal’s mattresses have been known to be good…bad…soft…hard…comfortable…uncomfortable. I would concentrate on all the great aspects from your cruise and move on from there.
  4. Your onboard reservations will not automatically be moved. I believe only the CocoCay and Orlando reservations were being moved. We have similar issue…booked sushi making class on Day 5 and now need it changed and it is more money! You can cancel and rebook your lunch reservation rather than calling or waiting.
  5. Just saw another comment on CC and that person got 10am boarding! Strange that within a very short span 10a/10:30a/11a all came and went! Is this typical? No need to answer…I’m not really asking . Just wondering out loud! I’m just looking forward to walking onto this ship in less than 45 days!
  6. You can look on cruisedeckplans.com to check for pictures or videos of rooms on any cruise ship. Looks like 10174 is more forward, port side. It is a connecting room. The bed setup is not near the balcony but close to the bathroom with a sofa near the balcony.
  7. Interesting that someone on CruiseCritic was able to get 10:30am boarding! But I’m happy with 11am and will definitely be at the port on time, if not a few minutes early. Now if Royal would please straighten out the Cruise Planner so we can finalize our onboard plans as well as port plans!
  8. Thanks for the advice you provided for my questions. I’m getting excited to step onto Symphony in just 46 days. Check in is tomorrow so you know who will be awake around Midnight! I truly loved your pictures and descriptions! Glad you had such an enjoyable vacation.
  9. We had 17 people in 7 rooms last July on Oasis. Ages ranged from 10 to 66. See my answers above…
  10. And it makes me excited to hear all about your dining conversations with “handcuff girl “ every night!
  11. New itinerary: Below, please find our revised Odyssey of the Seas April 27th, 2025, itinerary. 12. OK! We are officially under 50 days to go…which means… 7 WEEKS and counting down!
  13. Question on the shower…do you get chilly since there really is no enclosure while showering? Must at least get chilly once you shut the water off…no? I prefer a very warm closed space while showering.
  14. Cruise planner is very whacky this morning which means Royal is trying to update our ports and excursions. Hopefully some time today it will be corrected and we can see what is offered and available!
  15. BTW sadly our switch from Labadee ended up being what I thought it would be but prayed it wouldn’t be! So not only is Royal sending us to Nassau…but they moved our CocoCay day! We were going to be with Indy and now we will be with Wonder! And our Port Canaveral day also got moved so now they have us there for an entire day! Yup….Mushroom!! I’m gonna tell this one to my granddaughter for her to use in her daily announcements at school! She always ends it with a riddle…lol!
  16. I received double points when I booked our family cruise last July. I booked my husband in the room with our 3 granddaughters and me by myself. I booked our daughter and son-in-law in the room next to them. Once onboard, my husband stayed with me and the girls had their own room. Just had to get my daughter a key for the girls room and my husband a key for my room. Since our rooms were all next to each other we were able to open the balcony dividers too.
  17. Will you be going to Flight? I’m interested in finding out best area to sit in for this…especially for the kids. We reserved this for night 7 (ours is an 8 nighter). Looks interesting .
  18. Ummm nope my boarding isn’t until May! The 16th….yeah you’d have to bury one in Central Park somewhere in order for me to find it! Hmmm…not a bad idea!
  19. I may or may not be hiding ducks on our May 16 cruise. But I will definitely be looking for them during my cruise .
  20. Just wish Royal hadn’t switched around our other days…especially CocoCay! Now we will share the island with Wonder instead of Indy! The email says they will switch our excursions for us and also cancel the Labadee ones. I already cancelled those anyway! But my group is nervous they will lose out on the CocoCay experiences if Royal can’t transfer everything as is. Hoping the Cruise Planner catches up with The new itinerary quickly. I think I am going to try to grab a cabana somewhere if at all possible! And Nassau! Ughhh. So my group of moms and kids are looking at Baha Mar (is that the name?). Wondering what that is like.
  21. @smokeybandit do you mind posting the link for that YouTube clip above?
