  1. I received the same error on Chrome. I tried Edge and I am being asked to sign in over and over again. I am currently on the phone with RCL booking excursions and told the rep of the errors. His response? That's weird. No sh*t sherlock.
  2. I was also on this sailing and had a great time even with the new mask mandate indoors. There were vaccinated areas only like the Schooner Bar and Champagne Lounge. Testing was a pain and I did have to set up accounts for each of my kids. Everyone had their results quickly and got stateroom letters except for me. Mine seemed to take an extra day. I was able to use Verifly to fly out of the Bahamas and the lines were not too horrible for my family. Security and customs were a breeze. I found the wait staff very willing and helpful. The kids were getting soda and ice cream all week that was poured or served to them. All in all, I loved the empty ship because we never experienced any lines for activities. It was a bit sad to see empty chairs on the pool deck and sun deck on a sea day. I will say my family is vaccinated and our kids are over the age of 12. While we were disappointed in having to wear masks, we understand the necessity and thought RCL was very accommodating by handing out both paper and cloth masks to guests. I found it awful to wear masks in the Bahamas and Cozumel outdoors; a necessary evil at the moment.
  3. I have a question about the Royal Up - I have 2 cabins booked - 2 connecting balcony cabins. Only one of the cabins received a Royal Up email (the other cabin has my kids in it). I got an offer for a Grand 2 bedroom suite. If I were to bid on that and win, that one cabin would be fine for 4 of us. Could I then cancel my second connecting balcony with cruise with confidence? If that is a true statement, then it is cheaper/equal for me to bid the MAX on the grand suite per person (it said the bid is for 2 people) and cancel the second balcony. This can't be true....
  4. RCL is allowing both RT-PCR test (the one that can take 1-3 days for results) as well as what most call rapid tests (antigen tests). With the rapid tests, you will get your results within 15-45 minutes and some CVS, Walgreens, and other locations do offer them.
  5. The price just dropped on the floating cabana today to $999. The beach club pass also dropped to $142. Don't know if this helps your cause, but thought I would share.
  6. You have to call Air2Sea for the airport transfers to/from the sip/airport.
  7. Thanks so much for sharing this! My family is headed on Adventure later this summer from Nassau and we can't wait!!!
  8. Hi - I've contacted my TA already. The TA reached out to their RCL rep and I am still waiting. Our Alaska cruise was canceled so I have been waiting for a refund and FCC from RCL. I wanted a refund for my cruise planned purchases and a FCC for the cruise fare. I also know I should get a refund for the port taxes. I received a very small refund on 5/19. I also received a very large FCC. I cannot reconcile either one. I even have an email indicating what the refund for the on board purchases should be. I should not I used a FCC for the Alaska cruise fare, but also paid more since the cruise was more expensive than the one that got canceled in the first place. Over a week has passed and I still cannot get any kind of reconciliation from the TA or RCL. What can I do? The cruise line won't talk to me since I booked with a TA. So frustrating especially since I paid in full for an August cruise knowing I would receive a refund back to cover that cruise.
  9. Thank you! At least I am not the only one!
  10. Hi - Please tell me I am not nuts. I just booked June 26 Adventure and am currently booked on June 25 Alaska. My gut tells me Alaska will get canceled so I want to make sure I am booked on something during the same time. Both are refundable fares. I already have my airfare for Seattle, but would move that to Nassau. Is anyone else as crazy as me and doing something similar? I am already reserved on 11/20/21 Symphony this year and 7/1/22 Alaska next year (in case this year's Alaska gets canceled).
  11. I am in the same boat. Canceled cruise planner purchases on May 18 and still waiting for refunds...
  12. Hi - Our July 1 cruise was canceled by RCL in the round where FCC and refunds would be processed by June 30. I understand RCL has until tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone received their FCC for the round of cruises that was canceled through August 1. I've been stalking my credit card (for refunds on taxes, port fees, etc.) and email for the FCC. Thanks for the feedback.
