    This is where I wish Royal were more like Princess. My parents are on a Princess sailing this week and I added OBC directly to their account online. It was so easy. It’s through their online gifts program, no need for them to go to guest services, it was waiting for them when they got on board and charged to my credit card. I wish Royal had something like that.

    Yes I am well aware it's only while he is in the casino however. To me it's a complete waste of Money on my part to buy him something that he would absolutely get no benefit from. I am currently on hold with the resolution team and they are working on getting me an exemption.  I do appreciate your help . After being on hold for what seemed like forever they ended up making an exception and allowed me to purchase the Deluxe drink package without having to purchase any other package for my father.

    Unfortunately the only thing you can do is call and get the Deluxe for yourself and purchase the Refreshment for him.  It may work out best for you to just pay per drink if your father won't get good use out of the refreshment package.  Remember, the casino free drinks are only while the casino is open. The refreshment package includes specialty coffee, bottled water, fresh squeezed OJ, smoothies, soda, non-alcoholic frozen drinks, etc.

    That is correct a bad experience with a different agency. I have never used MEI before. I’ve heard great things about them from Matt as well as others.
