  1. I have early dining, which is 5pm, on my Odyssey Cruise in January. What's the latest time I can arrive and still be able to get dinner?
  2. My biggest fear is getting sick or hurt. On an Alaskan cruise I developed shingles on my face the second day. As wonderful as the medical staff was, I never want to go through anything like this again!!
  3. We just finished this cruise July 4, there were 10 of us ranging in age from 14-74 and we all LOVED it! Yes, it's older ship, but the staff was fantastic. Enjoy your cruise!!
  4. We are considering a cruise out of Ravenna. Has anyone ever booked a car service to take you directly from airport to Ravenna. We would prefer to stay in Ravenna the night before cruise. My husband is my "reluctant traveler" and I'm trying to do this as easily as possible.
  5. We will be on a family cruise on LOS in June. My grandson will turn 18 2 weeks before the cruise, traveling with 4 other cousins 14-16. He's wondering if there are any specific activities for guests his age.
  6. We are a group of 13, ages 14-73 plus a 2yo. My TA assigned us to early dining on our 6/29/24 Liberty of Seas to Bermuda. Everyone, except the 2yo parents would like us to switch to later dining. How difficult would it be to get a table for all of us with Anytime dining?
  7. For a nice tour of St Kitts, look into Thenford Grey Tours.
  8. My husband and I will be cruising with you. Life long Jersey residents and first time out of Bayonne.
  9. We're staying in Rome at the Hotel Gregoriana for 2 nights prior to the Cruise. We have arranged transportation with Danielle your driver in Rome for transportation. Now trying to decide what tours to do while in Rome.
  10. Do it! Last June we afraid to book an 11:30 am flight and we were at the Airport before the desk for departures even opened for that flight. Also look into Port Valet, they pick up your luggage at the cruise and you see it again when you land in Newark. It's a dependable free service!
  11. Thanks for creating this roll call! My husband and I were originally booked on the September 6th, 9 night cruise, but since we live at the Jersey Shore, we wanted to enjoy September here when the crowds go home. We'll be in Rome 2 nights prior to the cruise. Now researching all the ports. Next we'll be checking out the HoffmanHappyTravels site, thank you! Looking forward to chatting with all of you on this site
  12. I'm in the early stages of planning a Multi-generational Cruise for my family for June, 2024. Due to the various ages and commitments, I can't get a true guarantee from everyone. Does RC ever offer non-refundable fares?
  13. Last week we did St Kitts Grand Tour with Thenford Grey Tours (Grey's Island Excursions). It was a fun yet interesting whole island tour with a final stop at a beach if you chose. I highly recommend this company and tour!
  14. This post has been pretty quiet. Are we the only ones going on this cruise , or is it too soon for planning?
  15. We have a GTY Junior Suite booked for the 9 night Greek Isle Cruise from Rome on 9/06. Per RC site, the whole class of suites is sold out. Should I be concerned, I'm a little worried that there won't be a room for us!
  16. I was diagnosed with and treated for Shingles on my face on a Princess Cruise last May. I saw the MD 3x, twice for elevated blood pressure (probably related to stress from Shingles). Total charge, including meds was $270 which was covered by my Trip insurance. My husband and I are both retired health care professionals and were very impressed with the care given.
  17. I still can't find my order history on my Odyssey of the Seas Greek Isle cruise to cancel an excursion I booked . I've searched the App and Website and still can't find it.
  18. I got caught up in the RC sales this past weekend. I did book a tour that I would like to cancel. How do I do that on the web site, can't seem to figure it out.
  19. My grandson will turn 18 2 weeks before our next cruise. His sister and 3 cousins will be 15 to 17. Will the 18yo be able to participate in any of the teen activities or will there be any planned activities for the 18-20 group?
  20. My husband and I, both retired, will be joining you on this Cruise. We're really looking forward to this Cruise. It's never too early to start planning, that's part of the fun of traveling!
  21. I am booked on the Odyssey September 2023, 9 night Greek Isles Cruise. When will I start seeing the excursions for this Cruise on the website?
  22. My husband and I were in your situation about a month ago, we were so worried about doing the test, especially since we would be doing it in a Disney Hotel. Believe me, it was not hard at all. The proctors could not have been nicer and were so patient with us. We did it on an iPhone, and what helped was that we purchased an inexpensive iPhone tripod at $5 below, mounted the phone and did our tests. It also helped to watch several UTube videos first! Good luck!!
  23. We received our 6 pack of the tests in the brown box today. We'll have to take them with us on the plane to Orlando. Do the test kits have to remain in the "brown box" until opened in front of the proctor? And what is the best way to carry them the plane, checked luggage or carry-on. If carry-on, I'm assuming they'll go through the TSA check point with no problems. Thank You
  24. Thanks for all the good advice!
  25. We are new to Royal Caribbean Cruising with our first one scheduled for Feb 3. We've completed our on-line checkin, have a port arrival time and printed our luggage tags. Do I also need to print our SetSail Pass prior to boarding, or do we we access it through our phone at check in?
