If you'd have asked last week, the answer would have been "no", but it seems they've made some changes. https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2022/04/27/royal-caribbean-has-quietly-begun-allowing-guests-transfer-their-future-cruise-credits

Must have cocktails with Kraken
SpeedNoodles replied to TheRick's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
I love Kraken and Ginger Ale. I make them at home (so not so special on a cruise, I guess). -
Impressive. We've never been able to fit half of that in those bags.

If by a 3 pack you mean 3 tests, then no. You'd need 4 tests for 4 people (or I'm confused by what you are asking). I'd order a 6-pack for 4 people in case one of the tests is missing something (which, unfortunately, happens).

Vertigo/Dizziness After Cruise
SpeedNoodles replied to julielynn7's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
It's an absolute pain in the, well, you know. I find it's worse when I'm taking a shower or doing dishes (I have no idea if the water has anything to do with it or what). Luckily it doesn't affect my ability to drive or use power tools (ok, I never use power tools, but if I WANTED to use power tools, I still could), I was going to consult with my doctor, but knowing him he'd tell me to stop cruising, and that's simply not an option I'm willing to entertain. -
I do this all of the time, although I've never had just the Surf package.

There is also an area on the running track (I believe it's port side), which is Deck 5.

Do you mean something like an app on your phone? There are dozens in they Apple Store or Google Play store.

Vertigo/Dizziness After Cruise
SpeedNoodles replied to julielynn7's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
You're not alone, and it has nothing to do with if the seas are rough or not. I suffer from this after every cruise, even if waters are calm. For most people it will go away in about a week. For me it lasts about a month, give or take a week, but it does go away eventually (I cruise 2-3 times a year). While it may be that it doesn't go away for some people, it's much more likely that it will go away for you. Some people recommend drugs/ginger, etc. For me, nothing works but time. Stay positive!! -
I don't think they've been in use since the restart on any ship.

Welcome! I'd call during the week, maybe later at night. They should match. Another reason to book through a good travel agent.

Pre- Cruise antigen testing via telehealth
SpeedNoodles replied to Raven's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
As long as they are the proctored Binax Now tests (that say on the box to not open it until you are told) you can use them. It's not "through RCL". It will be proctored by EMed/Navica. There are many threads on using the tests. -
No, large ships can sail out of New Orleans (the Norwegian Breakaway sails out of NO).

Does Spouse need Separate Account in Navica App?
SpeedNoodles replied to MKSglitz's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Honestly, it's so much easier to just print them out. Alternatively, you could take a screen shot of the results and then just page through them from your gallery. I'd still print them out though, in case there's an electronics or battery failure. I would not rely on having to log into the app in case cell service is funky and you can't get into it. -
Drink Package Not Showing "Reserved"
SpeedNoodles replied to JDHOWARD's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
In my experience, as long as it's in your order history, it's good. Once you check in and you have your set sail pass on your app you will see a DX on it to confirm. -
So for those of us on a Settle closed-loop cruise who don't visit Victoria until the last day, we'd have to fill this out while on the ship (since it has to be no more than 72 hours prior).

At home test vs. CVS/Walgreens
SpeedNoodles replied to Cruisin_with_the_Oldies's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
The at-home test is so easy. A video on how to do it is below. The tests that Royal accepts are listed in their FAQ: https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/if-need-an-rt-pcr-test-before-i-cruise-where-should-i-go -
Testing just after midnight?
SpeedNoodles replied to spursfreak21's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
There are proctors available 24/7. I've never waited more than a minute or two for a proctor, at any time of day or night, even during the height of Omicron. -
Have a great cruise!

There are many places to get travel insurance. I use tripinsurance.com, but others use Allianz, or insuremytrip.com, among many others. Just keep checking around.

Order the home tests, or test at the airport.
