  1. It depends on the ship. Newer builds in the Oasis and Quantum class will, but other ships will not. If you fill out the form at https://www.royalcaribbean.com/resources/guest-special-needs they will provide you with an extension cord and distilled water (don't bring your own cord as it will probably get confiscated).
  2. Depending on the ship there are often rail (like high top bar rail) seats in the back. The AquaTheatres all have benches.
  3. Since the restart (and pre-Covid), I've always received my refund within 5 business days. During Covid it was an entirely different matter. That being said, it does happen to some people. I don't think you'll get anywhere trying to get something for your time.
  4. You want coverage that covers you door to door. From what I've seen, it only covers the cruise portion, so you have to call and add the airfare and hotel, or whatever is involved in your vacation (and change the dates of travel if you are flying out ahead of time). For this reason I personally just arrange my own travel insurance.
  5. You can buy it on board, but you will pay a much higher price for it there.
  6. Yes, just call (Royal, if you booked directly through them, or your Travel Agent/agency, if you booked through one). You can have it adjusted as many times as it drops.
  7. I have the same TA as @WAAAYTOOO, so her assessment is the best (I don't do Casino Royale).
  8. No. What I'm saying is that when it did happen, it took me a 1-minute email to my TA and she spent the time fixing it (a lot of time that I didn't have and couldn't have done on my own because I work overnights and sleep during Royal's business hours).
  9. I don't know how much time others are spending trying to reinstate their cruises and cruise planner purchases, but do you know how much time I spent doing it? 1 minute. The minute it took me to email my TA. All of the rest was done by her.
  10. Seriously, people, THIS IS WHY EVERYONE SHOULD USE A TRAVEL AGENT! (I yelled for the people in the back).
  11. Yeah, I'm one of the people who had the $0 balance due email (my TA didn't get it because it's related to the Cruise Planner) and then had my cruise canceled. I am so thankful that I had a wonderful TA who spent the better part of a Sunday getting everything reinstated.
  12. No. You can only use the Royal Caribbean app without wifi.
  13. They'll make you anything they have the ingredients for, usually. I find it best to not request things like this when they are really swamped, and to give an extra tip when they make something special. Have fun!!
  14. I don't know the answer to your question, but wow! What a great "upgrade"!
  15. Not that I've ever noticed (x3 Alaskan sailings).
  16. Don't pay attention to the percentage off at all. Ever. Just look at how much it is per person, per day. If you're comfortable with the price, if it makes sense to you based on how much you'll drink (remember that it includes bottled water, specialty coffees, fresh juices, shakes at JRs, energy drinks), then go for it. Lock in the price to protect yourself against it going up. If it goes down even more, you can always cancel and rebook it at the lower price.
