  1. I think that's too early. If your flight leaves at 9:19, you'll want to be at the airport at least (at LEAST) an hour before boarding. Miami is not an efficient airport (i.e. it really sucks). In my opinion, if there's any delay getting people off of the ship, you'll run it too tight.
  2. It will be on your Set Sail Pass (it'll be on the app). You'll use that until you get your Sea Pass card.
  3. Nope.
  4. Definitely run by a third-party vendor (they do the same service for NCL and probably others). Royal really wouldn't know anything about it.
  5. If you have the drink package, you will not get a receipt to sign.
  6. They are port-based porters. I think it is very rare that a bag gets lost at embarkation. Use the luggage tags provided to you in your Edocs (many people use plastic luggage tag holders that can be purchased on Amazon). Occasionally your luggage may not show up until early evening, but I've found that to be the exception more than the rule. I usually get mine by about 3pm or so. Porters will be waiting to take your bags on the sidewalk before you enter the terminal. I typically tip $2-3 per bag.
  7. I'm from Minnesota as well. I've done this itinerary twice (once last fall) and I'm booked on this one. If you plan on spending an extra full day in Boston and doing sightseeing, stay downtown. If you are just arriving the day before and don't plan on doing things downtown, we really liked The Westin Boston Seaport. Let me know if you have any other specific questions!
  8. Specialty restaurants are rarely open on port days, so you don't need to worry about using your dining package for lunch those days. We hit the first place we come across to make reservations (whether that's a specialty restaurant or a kiosk set up in the Promenade). I've also been successful doing it at the MDR. Wherever is convenient for you. I'd only go to the MDR if they were serving something I really wanted to eat. I scope out the daily menus on the app ahead of time and plan around that.
  9. I believe? they only do that on the last night. I can't say that I've seen it in years, but I'm usually not there on the last night.
  10. Which one? (I assume Krazy Lobster).
  11. There are always openings once you get on the ship. Also, a lot of people don't show up for reservations, and they will open the theatre up to everyone 10-15 minutes prior to the show. You'll be fine.
  12. It never hurts to prepare a bit, as anything can happen, but I wouldn't worry about it too much.
  13. I don't think so. I believe they have to share the manifest with Customs, so they need that lead time.
  14. You'll be right above a lifeboat. This is a photo from the room next door (from cruisedeckplans.com)
  15. Obviously, I can only speak to my own experience, but we spent 25 minutes in the Port of Seattle when we sailed out of Quantum last May. Same with when we were on Ovation in 2019. I've sailed out of there 5 times and have never had a long boarding time.
  16. You'll probably want to ask this in the regular Discussions section, as very few people will look in this thread.
  17. Please keep in mind that the moderators are volunteers. We log in as often as possible and approve posts as quickly as we can. I, personally, can't easily remove anyone from moderation when I'm approving posts using my mobile device, however, if I'm on my laptop I try to get them done as quickly as possible.
  18. You would just buy it under one person's name.
  19. Prices vary from ship to ship and sailing to sailing (so the price may be different on Wonder the first week of April vs the 2nd week, etc). If you're already booked, just check your Cruise Planner for current prices.
  20. It'll be called "Dress Your Best" and is pretty much open to interpretation.
