I've always struggled with how much tip to give the porters and bus drivers/conductors (airport transfers). They're quite vocal about it. You think a dollar or two is good enough? Since we're talking about tips, how much tip do you give the MDR waitstaff and the room stewards, over and above the prepaid gratuity?

I've been looking up "Perfect Day at Coco Cay" because several families from church are going there in June 2019 and they wanted me to tag along . The more I looked at the pictures online of the ongoing construction, the more I got the feeling the place looked very familiar. Then I looked at the invoice for my cruise on the Majesty last year... lo and behold ... I was indeed on Coco Cay ... on my birthday!!! How could I ever forget that??? Well, I kinda know why... I was more fascinated with the iguanas than with the island.

What is Poofing?

My cruise is 38 days out but I couldn't see anything about shows and entertainment. Where does one find that information?

What is the list for? I can see that it’s pinned and locked but looks like there is still info for future cruises. This is just kind of a “What about me?” question... LOL

Isn't this an issue about "truth in advertising"? As far as the fine print in the page footer is concerned, there is no indication of streaming and VOIP-like services not allowed. I'll check their onboard documentation when I sail.

Heard about these Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales... I have an Alaskan Cruise coming up in August 2019? Do we have any blog entries or forum discussions about them?

About five weeks away (November 19) ... definitely keeping an eye out for more discounts.

Now this makes me go Hmmmmm... LOL I’ll make sure to ask them about this when I sail. Do they kick out “complaining” guests? ... or should I say tell them to “walk the plank”?

Where did you see those terms and conditions? IIRC, I was able stream NBC content during my last cruise. They even say on the website that you can stream videos.

On both the Harmony and the Majesty, I had no problem asking for 2 bottles of water at a time.

For my 11-Night cruise on the Serenade, I got the Refreshment Package for $233.64 ($18/day base price) and VOOM Surf + STREAM Voyage Package - 1 Device for $175.89. I hope those were good deals. Do they do price guarantees?

I have several reason why I use the plastic luggage tag holders: 1. I can hold on to them during my flight to the port and easily attach them to my luggage before boarding the ship. Mishandling by airport baggage handlers can mess up the paper tags. I would hate the hassle of attaching those paper ones at the airport or at the dropoff point at the cruise terminal. 2. I've read stories of cruisers' paper luggage tags being soaked up and rendered useless by rain on the way to the terminal. 3. I want to keep one of my luggage tags as a souvenir from the cruise. The plastic holders are a good way of storing or even displaying them.

Mine showed up around 50 days before the sailing. They came with the Cruise Documents via email

The website is back online ... but I still don't have the balance on my Ovation Alaskan cruise for 2019. Thank you, RCL for my "$250" 7-night Alaskan cruise. LOL

They're back on Maintenance Mode. They probably found out about the glitch about the balances.
