We arranged for them to pick us up at Cape Liberty and take us to our post-cruise NYC hotel and also from there back to Newark. Regret not having booked them to take us from our pre-cruise NYC hotel to the cruise port as Uber and Lyft both turned out to be more expensive.

You can opt to pay the driver in cash or by card if you prefer not to pay upfront.

I admit I don't know how they work regarding child seats as were not travelling with children.

Hello! My sister and family friend will be traveling from LGA to Cape Liberty and is looking to an alternative to Uber/Lyft so she doesn't have to pack car seats for her 3 kiddos. Has anyone used any car services in this area they would recommend? There at 3 adults and 5 kids. 

Hello! As a new C&A diamond level member, I have been trying to read about all the things I should be taking advantage of.  I read something that the kids will get a Commemorative Gift when they turn diamond, I was wondering if anyone knew what this was?

Also, does anyone have a copy of a recent Youth welcome letter?

Hello! I haven't sailed on sailing in quite a while that allows entertainment reservations to be booked online before getting on board. As someone who likes to plan ahead, how soon before your sailing has everyone been seeing the option to book? I would assume it would be a few weeks before but not sure. TIA!

Under the Treats tab is Gourmet Treats, choose that and there is a birthday cake.

When you order it then, it will ask for the reservation and cabin number of the guest to receive it and allow for a note etc.  I think this is a better method than using CP.

Unfortunately when you do it that way, you lose the CP discount, I was hoping to keep that since its about $15 cheaper on the CP, not a dealer breaker, but a hope! 

Hello Everyone! I have an upcoming sailing where my parents will be sailing with us. It is my fathers birthday on the cruise and we wanted to get him the birthday décor package on the Royal Gifts. On the cruise planner there is a discount, but how do we tell Royal to apply it to his room and not mine, has anyone done this? Thanks!!

Hello! We have an upcoming cruise on Wonder of the Seas and my son saw a few videos about adventure ocean. He noticed that they have several video game consoles in addition to the touch screen games around the room. Does anyone know what kind of video games they have available? He has been bugging me and was hoping to give him an answer! Thanks!

Has anyone done a day pass at the British Colonial since the hotel closed earlier this year? If so, do they have food available? Trying to help plan out an excursion for a friend!

We actually ended up skipping it, we decided to do the Aviary tour in the port instead. Our kids actually really enjoyed it. 

I will be getting on board on Friday! Has the ship seemed very full to you?

I did, I got about 1/3 of the cost back since it is considered out of network on my insurance, but better than nothing!

We are traveling on October 17th on Odyssey. Has anyone had luck with taking the kids to Traditional dinning at 5:30pm, dropping them off at Adventure Ocean and then going to My Time dinning at a later time?

We are sailing on Odyssey on October 17th and we are taking our two kiddos (Age 2 and 5) with us. Since they are unable to be vaccinated, we are looking at the various excursions offered by Royal.  We are thinking the Beach Break with Open Bar, but have seen mixed reviews online. Has anyone done this one before? Our other concern would be if we wanted to leave early, would that be an option. Are the any other recommendations for things to do with unvaccinated kids in the area? Thanks so much!
