The cost is an issue! When i returned to the UK from Gibraltar i had to have PCR tests, cost for home test which was sent overnight to a lab and result within 24hrs was £40. These companies charging 100s of £ or $ should hang their heads in shame

i HATED the casino! The smell of smoke was terrible and clung to everything ( even the little amount of hair i have). It made my eyes sore, worse if i had in my contact lenses If its banned for good then i fully applaud this move It was that bad i had to go to deck 11 for an enjoyable smoke

I doubt RC would cancel any cruises they may change ports of call etc! If anything is completely cancelled i would imagine it would be others making that decision for them..

Proves that even if vaccinated you are not safe! Also they could have caught virus onshore at one of the ports of call not just from an unvaccinated under 12 year old. And as has been pointed out previously they had all of those symptoms and covid didnt cross their minds? Think they knew what would happen if it was covid and didnt want to risk ruining their cruise so tried to play dumb! And they want a full refund lol

Never asked for anything! TBH you could have put 2 people in front of me and asked me who my cabin attendant was and i wouldnt have been able to tell you! As long as beds made thats all we need.

Train from airport is only 15mins to city centre and is not expensive. Lots of people use it even with just a 5 or 6hr layover at airport as its that easy to use. ( i researched for my trip that didnt happen lol )

Only visa you require is the Esta which enables you to fly to the US Having Esta does not guarantee entry into US it just means you can fly to US where their border control will decide if you can enter. Im sure you will be fine as they've let me in 4 times lol

I think its only debated as much because those that dress up to the nines dont want to be seated next to someone in shorts because it ruins their evening and therefore ruins their whole cruise experience! Each to their own i say

You shouldnt have any real issues as English is the recognised international language across the world. The ONLY county i have had issues in is France! I was informed in perfect English by a waiter that he didnt speak English ( couldnt stop laughing ) his attitude changed when he found out i was in fact Scottish not English. Its also a good idea to learn a few words for the country you are visiting...thank you, good morning etc etc think people appreciate that you make the effort Also little bit of advice...in a certain area of Amsterdam while its not illegal to take photographs of the area, pointing a camera at a window and snapping away may cause issues with the occupants of window or their bosses.

I would just book and hope for the best! As you mention things can and will change before you cruise so its certain that whats happening today will be different come June, we just have to hope that come June its changed for the better as Europe is going backwards with countries reintroducing measures to stem the new variant

Not sure what you being a Diamond member has to do with situation? Do you think if this happened to someone who is only gold level at same time as you then with you being diamond you should be dealt with 1st? Any company not just RC has to follow protocal.. Your complaint is that they (RC) allowed someone with your details to cancel booking yet you are expecting them to refund to you when you could be anyone on the phone ( think about it )

Under cruise with Confidence your deposit for cancelled cruise would have been issued in FCC
