Correct. I surprisingly won my bid about 4 weeks before the sailing.

Last month I was booked in a Crown Loft Suite for 2 people. I put in a bid for just over the minimum amount and won a royal up to the Star Loft Suite. After I won’t that I had some traveling companions of ours decide they wanted to go on the cruise with us. They were originally going to just book a standard balcony room, but at that point the cruise was all sold out except 1 interior for like $6K for 2 people. I told them I would call Casino Royale and see how much it would be to add them to my reservation since my original reservation was booked from a casino offer. I was expecting it to be several thousand dollars per person, but it was only $1K per person to add them. From some mock bookings of mine I find that usually if looking at a room like that you try to book for 4 people verse 2 people it is usually only a couple thousand more to add the 2 people.

Why wait until then? Aug 27th showcase sailing will be fun!!

But, you can as soon as you hit prime start getting the free drinks in the casino and no fee to charge to your room to get money at the tables.

I voted for Icon because I just really LOVE that ship, but Oasis class is a close second, especially the older ones with 2 flowriders. I have come to enjoy the flowrider and the ships with just one do not have as much time for standup.

Tell them to suck it up. It’s your year to plan and that’s what you planned

I didn't realize ovation did one ways. is that new? before i thought they were just round trip from seattle and radiance class did the one ways. maybe this is new for 2026 season.

My 1 and only Star class experience was not good. Seemed like every Star class guest showed up. Got only 2 or 3 attempts in the entire hour.

Don’t book the ones one the cruise planner unless you actually need/want a lesson. I was told this was something they don’t advertise, but you can rent it out for the hour when on the ship much cheaper than the lesson. The only issue is if you are still learning if you don’t have your blue band already you will still only get 2 tries to stand up in that hour and then just have to boogie board. But if you have it, then you can do whatever for the hour.

Yeah I found this ship and wonder and icon not great. Really has me looking more in booking the older oasis class so can have the double flowrider. So much more advance time and self assist stand up time. He can ask about renting it out. I think I heard it’s about $350 to rent out for the hour.

Definitely in the top 3. Aqua 80’s might still be a touch better and I thought the one on Icon was really good, but would definitely see this one over and over again.

Aquadome area I would say is the closest thing during the day to the solarium

You should definitely call and check. I currently have 3 offers sitting in my account and I’m to the point I can’t book anymore or my wife will divorce me.
