Adventure came up for the first time this summer, and will head back down south in the Fall. She is currently only scheduled out until April 2020, and is still in Fort Lauderdale at that time. She moved up May 5th this year. We used to have Explorer, so we'll have to see who they send when they announce the summer 2020 sailings. But that's not a big enough ship for this area all by herself...our only other option is Celebrity Summit.

If we had to wait for that one, we'd be stuck with nothing for way too long! The new Quantum class is coming out in 2020, and Anthem is already scheduled here until April. If it reports to Europe in June, then we have a tiny window without a ship. Depending on when Q #5 is complete, hopefully she can come straight here.

I'd be patient; items come and go at will in the Cruise Planner. For months, ALL I had in my beverages tab was the coffee card and Evian package. Nothing else. Then all of a sudden options. I've had items appear, disappear, then come back again. There has never been a sale on them on my May sailing and none for my up coming sailings either. So it won't cost you more on the boat.

There is a big deck and an overflow lot. When we sailed in May, there was plenty of spots. There are three ships sailing out of there in the summer, two Royal and one Celebrity. You are basically taking the spots that the cruise before you vacated, so don't worry! We've sailed from Bayonne a few times, only once since they added the deck and there was always enough parking.

We don't have Netflix but will be signing up for a free trial when it comes out, as we may be in the movie! We were in three scenes, so we have three chances of making it in! LOL Actually, two are the same scene, but we had changed our clothes for filming of the next scene and were waiting so they stuck us in the background. So my husband and I can be in the same scene two times; once in our shorts and once in our evening wear! LOL There were others on the group cruise that filmed background scenes too; I can't wait to see who actually makes the final cut!!!

Good time to ask this question, since Matt has a group cruise there right now! You may have to wait until the get back to get more than what Twangster offered. If you post your cell provider, someone with that same one may be able to chime in when they return.

We actually won the free cruise! On Quantum in 2015. Very restricted as to when and how you use it...was a real pain to schedule. We won't play that bingo round again.

I haven't been there, unfortunately but wanted to bump up your post in hopes that someone who has will see it (it's almost on page 2 now.) I do have a thought. Here in the US, you can go to each port's website and see a list of what ship is scheduled to dock where; maybe there is something like that in Kumamoto? I'm also guessing that the taxi companies know how to find out the information? They are there every day, and I'm thinking that they know exactly where the Quantum normally docks.

Can you choose just certain photos to move, or does it just automatically copy all photos?

For once it's not Twangster spending my money! LOL Definitely going to look into this. My phone kept coming up as full on my last cruise. I have a 12 nighter coming up later this year and was not looking forward to emptying all my photos from it.

We are so excited to be Diamond for the Anthem group cruise! For us, it's not about being able to get into the Diamond Lounge & such, but that we can skip the drink package. ? But it will be nice to be able to go to the special lounge in the morning, and any other areas for breakfast & lunch that isn't normally open to us. Too bad our kids will only be Platinum...can't come with!

I would do a B2B if the itinerary was different, like western one week and eastern the next. I would most likely stay in the same cabin out of pure laziness. Who wants to unpack twice? Not me! LOL I guess the only way I'd do a different ship the for the second week is if there was another in the same port, as I know I would not want to travel to another one.

I was curious and looked it up, and there was a Grandeur sailing yesterday...LOL thought that may be a clue as to the authenticity of the post. I jumped into the Cruise Critic roll call and no one there posting a complaint like this.

Nothing "better" for me; all excursions are still more. I did purchase the Voom during this sale, I haven't seen it at $14.99 a day in a while. Otherwise, nada.
