well the day has arrived....we will be leaving for Galveston today and leaving tomorrow on our cruise....so so excited....this will be our first cruise and we are ready to rest, relax and have fun...thanks again so much for all the answers to my many many questions...

hello all....19 days and we are sailing away.....so damn excited....first cruise ever.....not sure what exactly to expect....but we did get us a pretty nice room...JS....I know it's at the bottom of the suites, but we decided to go all out....and that was the highest we could afford to go....in talking with everyone, I was told that if I could afford it to get a room with a balcony....so that is what we did...I have so ENJOYED this forum....so many extremely nice people here....thanks to all that have answered all my questions.... My question this time is what is the deal with bringing liquor back from Mexico....everybody is asking me to bring them back some liquor...is it cheaper to by liquor there and if so how much are you allowed to bring back.....not sure I understand at all what the deal is....any help would greatly be appericated.....

Hello all...hope everyone is having a great hump day...quick question....Going on Vision in Nov....I have read that pool chairs are hard to come by....any tips on how I can snag a couple pool chairs on sea days....and do people wonder around the ship at all times of the night and can you hang out in the pool chairs at night time...

thanks for all the info everybody....so I emailed RC about the mattress topper and got a response today that they will add a mattress topper to my bed....RC has been great to me...everytime I email them they respond back so positive and so far have been able to give me what I asked for....1) distilled water and electric cord 2)table for 2 in the MDR table number has already been assigned...3) mattress topper....thanks RC you are the best for me...41 days..YES YES YES

Hello all....hope everyone is having a great Sunday....well we are now in the double digits 90days...can hardly stand it....this is our first cruise...so we are both really excited...has anyone been on the VOTS ships...just wondering what it's going to be like....we have no clue....we have a junior suite w/balcony booked...any info about the ship will help...I do know it's a older ship and we know it doesn't have what modern day ships have...and that is ok with us...we are just looking to disconnect from the world and chill....we are just gonna shop in first port and go to beach resort at 2nd port...also we don't drink, but we might drink a little and we don't drink soda...so we should be fine with all the free drinks....also does anyone know if RC ships are gay friendly....thanks in advance for any info
