Aside from the announcement that a third Quantum class ship is being built, there are no further details at this time.  There's been speculation about names and it's very likely this third ship's name will come from a pool of unused names Royal Caribbean trademarked last year.  The unused names are Passion of the Seas, Vantage of the Seas, Ovation of the Seas and Pulse of the Seas.
