St. Kitts/Nevis Excursions Worth It?

I'm looking into a couple of beach excursions for St. Kitts & Nevis. Right now it's between the Carambola Beach Break and Spice Mill Beach Break. Has anyone done either of these? Was it worth the money? Good things? Bad things? BTW, I'm planning on having my kiddos with us (12 & 15 when we go). TIA

Carambola was fantastic! But we didn't book through RC, we just walked off the pier and booked directly with the operators. Saved some cash that way.

Spice Mill is very nice….

The only excursion Sheryl & I have done on St Kitts, is the railway tour (we arent beachy) and it was absolutely awesome. The islanders have a great deal of pride in their accomplishments, and rightly so.

+1 for Carambola.  did not book through the cruise line (this was on Celebrity).  

used our own transportation, and they returned to pick us up at the time we asked for.  easy peasy.

Carambola is lovely! We really enjoyed it, and there is a spot on the way/way back where our driver stopped at the top of a hill to a wonderful view of the Caribbean and Atlantic in one view (view pasted here, not my photo).
