Magoody
I am trying to figure out exactly what hours we are at port for the different days of my cruise so I can determine what time to choose for booking other activities such as entertainment, etc. I know I have looked at it before on my previous cruise but can not remember where I found the information. DoomSlayer
If you look on your receipt/invoice from booking, there is a section labeled "CRUISE ITINERARY". It has the ports of call and scheduled times for arrival and departure. This is from my March 31 sailing on Symphony for example: Cactus527

I went into my receipt from my travel agent and it did not have that information listed like yours does. It only lists the ports we are traveling to for the itinerary information. I have reached out to my agent to see if he try and help me locate the info. DoomSlayer

The previous one was from a casino comp I booked directly with Royal, but this one is for a family trip in December on Harmony I booked through my travel agent. It is in my travel agent's format, but the information was included.
jbrinkm
It is odd - we've always gotten the hours from our TA as well. It is frustrating that you cannot see this in the app on in the planner, so I always rely on that sheet. I get two different "receipts" from her - one that shows our payments and balance (we get two of those, one for us and one for our teens' room) and one with the ports and itinerary that is for all of us. smokeybandit
As a backup, you can just go search for that cruise on the RC booking site and the times will be there
JohnK6404
Hi @Magoody! As @smokeybandit mentioned, you can just search for your sailing on the RC website... find and select your sailing... ... select the date and the first screen that loads will have the itinerary and times in port... I still find it frustrating. Yes, you can find it there (and thank you @smokeybandit & @JohnK6404 for mentioning it) - but if it is there on the website, it should be easy to also make it available to see in the planner. I agree with you 100%! I don't understand why the calendar in the Cruise Planner can pull all your CP purchases, but for some reason, can't post the times in port. jbrinkm and WAAAYTOOO

This is my biggest complaint about the app. JohnK6404 and jbrinkm
