Me, hubby and our kiddo are taking advantage of Labor Day week. We snagged this opening day online and then transferred to our TA. Booked our first balcony 🤩! It will be AFT with what looks like will be a cool view of the Boardwalk and Aqua Theater (comparing to exact room location on Wonder..so we will see!). It rang in ~$1500 all in which wasn't cheap but not awful for 4 nights on a brand new ship during holiday week, right? And yes, I paid a little extra for balcony experience to surprise my boys..but it was "only" about $100 more than an interior so thought this was my best opportunity to give it a try! 

Deluxe Beverage Packages for sure! Black Friday deal was not great, especially at a $120 pp sticker price 🥴...I'm hoping between New Years and 4th of July it will come down and get some of that back. Waiting on dining options to appear to see if I want to do a surprise meal one day for us. We don't usually pay for dining, so we'll see...If Giovanni's Italian is on there then I probably will, the boys are pizza addicts connoisseurs 😅

Hope you have a blast.  I am on the Sept 9th 4 nighter also have balcony as do our cruise friends…with rooms next door so we can open the balconies.  I bought the refreshment package for myself and husband.  Also got the internet.  Looking forward to when the entertainment can be reserved as well as dining options.

Is there a great benefit to booking with RCL then transferring to TA other than the down payment?  Will you get any additional OBC?

The TA will run interference for you with the cruise line if anything goes wrong..that's the biggest benefit provided you use a TA with good customer service.

Now I WISH I was on this cruise rather than the 9th!   You are very gracious extending such a wonderful invitation!  Maybe I’ll get lucky and someone else from the blogs is sailing on my dates and also has a suite!   ENJOY!😊

We love sharing the wealth when we are in these rooms! We are doing a B2B with the Sept 6 sailing so really JUST miss you! 😭

We checked in as well, ironically while looking at the ship out of our hotel window 😂 We get on the ship today for the first revenue sailing!

If you're interested in Royal Railway keep an eye on it over the next few weeks. They opened up bookings for the cruises in the next 30 days so that could roll out to this sailing too in the coming days.

Yess! And I'm so curious about the Boozey Shave Ice they have at the Wipe Out Bar! I didn't know about it until 30 mins ago when I saw a post somewhere. But I don't know if they are included in the drink packages. Maybe not because it's not technically a beverage, but in FL...shave ice melts quick so technically it is 🤣

No, no entertainment available to book. The customer service folks say we have to wait and book onboard. Also the app hasn’t worked today for the health questionnaire section, nobody can answer the 3 questions, so we will be doing that at port. The rest of the app works except that part lol. Apparently it happened to everyone on this sailing, although some say it’s sporadic and working for some. All I know is, I’m checked in and have my passport packed and car has gas and I’m ready to go 🤣

I thought about it; but most times the 3-day jaunts don’t drive much roll-calling. 
 

I think we’re gonna try to go to Mason Jar tonight after All In.  Maybe we’ll catch up if that works for you..

We’re on here for the next 3 weekends so we’re  trying to space out the shows.  Aqua was cancelled last night so that’ll now be Sunday. Casino wasn’t good last night. 😂

Oh my gosh!! I forgot all about this 😭 we had the internet package but kept getting dropped and then the strength was not reliable when I was connected so I kinda gave up on going on my phone this trip. It did allow me to disconnect more which was nice. 

But this would have been so much fun!! We ended up being in balcony 10729, so we were right on the far end and actually got to watch it from our room, with Sorrentos pizza and a couple Trulys and it was awesome 🤣 Thank you again for the offer though, I’m bummed we didn’t meet up!! next time! 🖤
