tmahca
So from reading a lot blogs I heard that they offer the $25 stuff a bag laundry service? Can anyone confirm this? First timer
Matt
Yes, it's a perk for Crown and Anchor Society members. About half way through the cruise you will get a bag that you can stuff with clothing and it will be washed and folded for $25.
michelle
I think this is just on longer cruises though, not on the 3/4 night sailings but I could be wrong.
Marc
Yes, it's a perk for Crown and Anchor Society members. About half way through the cruise you will get a bag that you can stuff with clothing and it will be washed and folded for $25. The cost for the wash-and-fold bag on Allure of the Seas last week was $30. Thanks to being Diamond, I had a $10-off coupon which brought it down to $20. monctonguy
I have never been offered it on 4 cruises so far....but they were all 4 day cruises......I have 2 more booked cruises, and those are both 4 days as well, so looks like I wont get to take advanatge of this perk....but it sounds like a good one! Marc
From what I see elsewhere, that does appear to be true. Platinum and Emerald members get $5 off a bag, while Diamond and Diamond Plus members get $10 off.
nydvc
How Big is the bag, is it worth it even with the discount?
Marc
The bag is relatively small. I was able to squeeze in (barely) 3 khaki shorts and 5 t-shirts (all roughly XL-XXL sized). At the discounted $20 price, it was worth it (I think). You can't include pants or regular shirts in the bag for the discounted price, but you can also include underwear, swimsuits, and socks. Matt
It's worth it but as Marc noted, the bag is small. About the size of an average plastic shopping bag you would get from the grocery store.
tmahca
Yes it was $30 for me as a first timer and you just includes socks , underwear and t shirts. You need to be creative and stuff as much as you can into the bag but was worth it after day 5 of the cruise.
