Freedom - 4 Night Sailing: How do we figure out which MDR Menu on which night?

We’re trying to set up speciality dining but would like to set those up on nights where we don’t find the MDR menu as appealing. How do we find out which menu is on which night?

The MDR menus are on the app at least 60-90 days prior to sailing.

And if you are ordering in advance one or two meals, just book them at a good price. We've had MDR entrees change during a cruise. Usually last dinner isn't that great.  Also, we prefer specialty lunch which avoids dinner issues.

The only problem with that is that the ship chef could change / switch the menus for the week.  We're scheduled to board Mariner on Monday, and right now the last 2 nights show Italy, & I think that isn't correct. I think the 1st night is always Welcome Aboard. The rest of the week ????

With previous cruises, I have always been able to find the menus posted on the app, but for our upcoming cruise on Indy (11/26-11/30), they are still not online. Not a big deal to us, but just an observation.

You can figure it out based on itineraries.  First night is welcome aboard.  If the second night is a sea day then french might. Then you will have Caribbean, Mexican or Italian to round out the other two.....that means if it's a Mexican port it will be Italian and Mexican....PDCC, Nassau or Labadee the Caribbean and Italian.
