smokeybandit
I assume a kindle can't navigate the captive portal login method that RC (and many hotels these days) use to get connected.

I did it last cruise but it was a pain. I have no idea why but it was such a pain. It took a while to figure it out. My wife's iPhone is having the same issue it seems. Cactus527
I don't know how old your kiddo is, but I know for my daughters' Kindles we have to log in as ourselves in order to get them hooked up to any sort of Wi-Fi because they are under 18. Then we go back to their account and they can do all the stuff that they want in there. Could that be the issue? RCIfan1912

Last time I just fiddled with it and it finally worked. I'm just not getting it this time. My son is 10.

Eamon
Go to the WiFi settings on the devices you are having issues with and find the option to Forget the network name you had previously connected to. Then when you connect back to the ship network it should prompt you for a fresh login. RCIfan1912 and WAAAYTOOO 1
