Issues with C&A points showing up

Anyone else having issues getting their points and status to show up on the app/portal? We are getting ready to sail in September, and all of a sudden I am back to pre-gold status on my app with 0 points. I was excited to hit platinum on this upcoming cruise (kind of a noob). All my past cruises are showing up, just not the points. I’ve emailed RC, but haven’t heard anything back yet, and calling requires more time than I can commit during the day. Thoughts?

Hi @EaVae!

I'm not sure if this is the same issue, but I would try this just in case!

See the second post from @FionaMG in this thread from this past FEB... hopefully this will resolve the issue!

 

"The fix is to log in, go to your profile, delete your C&A number, re-input it and save."
