I have done it the old fashioned ways of either right at booking time or on the phone a couple weeks before. CynBeth Posted August 1, 2023 Report Share Posted August 1, 2023 We realized for our recent cruise when we received the cruise documents 30:days out we had forgotten to do the prepaid gratuities and there was no option to do it online had to call. When onboard at the end of the cruise we gave something in an envelope to our cabin attendant and some of the wait staff they were so wonderful.
